We provide payroll services for those personnel that you, our Client, refer to us and those individuals that you want to bring back including former employees, retirees or other personnel you identify as those working on contract/short-term assignments.
We hire these individuals directly as ERS employees and assign them to work for you on a temporary basis. We provide employee orientation, collect timesheets, pay these employees directly, and we take care of all the required tax withholdings and reports.
