	</span><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt">1) Visual Inspection of GaAs and InP production line products, covering all Commercial and Flight MMIC programs. Perform detailed microscope inspections of III-V semiconductor wafers and chips (sub-micron technologies), then accurately document results by taking photos and entering into database. Will account for 80% of responsibilities. <br />
	2) Dicing and sorting chips to Commercial or Flight inspection criteria and transferring them into separate waffle trays with the use of vacuum pick-up tool or tweezers. Will account for 20% of responsibilities.&nbsp;</span>

This involves mechanical as well as electrical wiring operations; including fitting and alignment of parts to close tolerances using appropriate hand tools, calipers, microscopes, torque wrenches screwdrivers, scales, etc.&nbsp;</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-family: Wingdings; font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt">Point to point continuity/wire checking including electrical troubleshooting, inspect and repair same or similar equipment including some mechanical and electrical troubleshooting helpful. </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-family: Wingdings; font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt"></span><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt">Expedite material/assemblies on shop floor. </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-family: Wingdings; font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt"></span><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt">Maintain control of material kits received on shop floor and staged for production.</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-family: Wingdings; font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt"></span><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt">Auditing of kits, filing material shortages and support other operators in day-to-day activities.</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-family: Wingdings; font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt"></span><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt">Tracking work in progress through production area, etc. </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-family: Wingdings; font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt"></span><span style="font-family: 'Arial Narrow','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt">Maintain facilities, material and work area orderly, while adhering to general good housekeeping practices and comply with all ethics, health, safety compliance and quality requirements.</span></span></li>
